Cecile Andrews


A former community college administrator, Cecile Andrews is a community educator and a founder of Sustainable Greenwood Phinney. She is the author of three books: Less is More, Slow is Beautiful, and Circle of Simplicity. She has her doctorate in education from Stanford. She teaches workshops for the Phinney Neighborhood Association, writes a monthly column for the North Seattle Herald Tribune on Voluntary Simplicity, and is on the board of the Seattle Gross National Happiness Initiative. She is an adjunct faculty member at Antioch University in Seattle and teaches for the Stanford University Health Improvement Program.
